Payments for bespoke custom cushion covers can be paid via internet banking (all details will be included at the bottom of the invoice that will be emailed through upon acceptance of the quote), or via Paypal.

Payments for sale items will be made through the check out process via the website by Paypal or with Debit or Credit card. Please feel free to contact us if you are having any issues with payment.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars.


As orders are unique, shipping prices vary depending on order size, weight and delivery address so unfortunately I am unable to provide these details here, however shipping costs will be included in the quote.

For "Sale Items" the shipping costs will appear on the Check Out page, depending on delivery address.

All items will be priced and shipped using Track & Trace to ensure security and the safe delivery of your cushion covers. If you wish to upgrade your shipping method please include this in the "Comments" section of your order so that I can price accordingly. If you wish to downgrade your shipping method to Standard Post delivery please include this in the "Comments" section of your order and note that this is at your risk and we take no responsibility for the delivery of the parcel. 


Damaged Items: If you receive your items and find that they are in any way damaged I will happily fix the problem. Please contact me within 14 days from when the items are received to arrange a solution. For damaged items I will cover return shipping costs.

Returns: You may return your item for a full refund provided that it remains in the original condition and has been returned within 14 days from when you received the items. Please note that shipping will be at your cost.

Exchanges: If the cushion covers you receive are not what you were expecting or you wish to exchange your covers for a new design please contact me as soon as possible, with a full explanation, and we will arrange a solution.

Alterations: If you wish to have any alterations made to your original design after you have received your cushion covers please contact me and I will be happy to make any amendments. Please note that shipping will be at your cost. If you wish to make alterations to your order while it is still being made please contact me ASAP and I will see what I can do, however dependent upon how far through I am to completion, and the size of the alteration, this may not be possible. In saying that though, we may be able to come up with an alternative solution.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund (up until your order has been shipped) however please be aware that due to the nature of being custom design with specific materials ordered I may continue to complete the cushion covers and use them to sell on the Sale Items page.


I aim to provide a friendly and easy to use service with 100% customer satisfaction so if you are unsure about anything or your cushion cover isn't exactly right, please contact me and I will aim to put it right and work with you to come up with a viable solution.
